There’s help for Buyers who haven’t been able to save a down payment, or can be able to finance closing costs/ Down payment assistance may be available for them,  state and county programs will have recently received funding for 2024.

These are often supplied to buyers as grants or “forgivable” loans, which means repayment to the issuer isn’t necessary if the buyer follows certain guidelines, such as living in the home at least five years.
