There is a lease for the land to be farmed in 2026. The new buyer can notify the farmer with their intents of farming/leasing after purchase for 2027 crop. The yield data that the farmer provided to the seller was 2016 55 bpa - Beans; 2017 75 bpa - Wheat; 2018 - 158 bpa - Corn; and 2019 - Prevented Plant. We haven't received any additional data yet.
